About 8Rivers Films
Ian Connors is the owner and founder of 8Rivers Films. He has studied directing and producing at the Seattle Film Institute and broadcast journalism at Syracuse University. He spent eight years as a combat cameraman with the US Air Force documenting everything from severe riots and war atrocities to humanitarian aid. Due to his storytelling abilities he was sent to all the world’s hot spots, from Bosnia to Kuwait and Egypt to Korea. Since leaving the military, Ian has freelanced in the Northwest shooting and directing everything from documentaries to corporate video. Ian is Washington born and bred and lives in the Seattle area with his wife and cat.
